Jaiho Links provides consolidated digital profile pages ("Links") for individuals, businesses, and organizations. The service is fully managed by the Jaiho Reach team.

2. Client Responsibilities & Content

Clients who request a Jaiho Links profile must ensure that:

  • They own or have the right to use all logos, branding, and URLs provided to Jaiho Reach.
  • None of the linked content promotes illegal activities, hate speech, harassment, or violates any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • They remain solely responsible for the content located at the destination URLs.

Jaiho Reach reserves the right to refuse service or remove any profile at our sole discretion if these terms are violated.

3. Intellectual Property

The core code, design templates, UI/UX structure, and branding of the Jaiho Links platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Jaiho Digital and Jaiho Reach. Clients retain full ownership of their specific brand assets (logos, text) supplied for their individual profiles.

4. Service Availability & Modifications

While we strive for 100% uptime using edge network hosting, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted. Jaiho Reach reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Jaiho Reach, Jaiho Digital, or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Jaiho Links platform, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
